Lit-Up is the future of preworkout supplementation, a truly different product that allows for dramatic increases in testosterone levels, greater neuromuscular strength, mind-muscle connection enhancement and increased libido; all of which lead to improved well-being and lasting muscle growth. Lit-Up employs the most current scientific research on sports supplementation to provide a cutting-edge formulation that yields cumulative results, and it differs from its competitors in that it does not solely rely on powerful stimulants to deliver better workouts.

Drastically Different
The goal when formulating Lit-Up was to develop a completely unique preworkout product that provides the true elements of growth while solving problems common to the preworkout category.

No Harsh Stimulants: Many popular preworkout products contain the stimulant 1,3 dimethylamylamine. The overutilization of this or other chemical stimulants can negate any growth potential created by a workout because of appetite suppression during the postworkout window. Plus, they also can cause the user to “burn out” too quickly during a workout even though they may still feel wired.

Innovative Pathways: Lit-Up takes the nitric-oxide pathway to a whole new level by capitalizing on the three-way synergism between nitric oxide, the hydrogen-sulfide pathway and the S-adenosyl methionine pathway. This synergism allows for a greater stimulation of target androgen receptors, shirt-ripping pumps and increased neuromuscular strength.

Won’t Kill Hunger: Have you ever finished up your workout with your stomach in knots, unable to eat because your preworkout product has you so cranked up? Then by the time you settle down, you’ve missed the most important nutrient window of the day. Lit-Up has a potent, natural stimulant profile that delivers crisp, clean focus and energy when you need it, but it doesn’t over-saturate adrenal glands or shut down hunger.

Increased Testosterone and Growth-Hormone Output: Key ingredients dosed in substantive amounts, as found in Lit-Up, actually increase testosterone and growth-hormone levels when used consistently.

Critical Components
D-aspartic acid is a fundamental component of Lit-Up’s lean-tissue-generating ingredients. DAA increases growth-hormone-releasing hormone, which does what its name implies: allows increased amounts of growth hormone to be secreted from the pituitary gland. DAA also has been documented in human clinical studies to increase testosterone levels.

SAM-e is a combination of ATP and methionine and has some pronounced effects in several different areas. SAM-e exerts strong effects on increasing hydrogen-sulfide production, which increases the activity of D-aspartic acid and has been shown to be synergistic with nitric oxide in terms of vasodilation. The compound also has strong mood-enhancing effects via increasing serotonin and dopamine in the brain, and it has been shown to have some very positive effects on joint health and regeneration.

Trimethylglycine has been shown to have positive effects on muscular strength, and it forms sarcosine, which increases the effectiveness of D-aspartic acid. TMG also serves as a methyl donor to fuel SAM-e formation, or it can be used for the production of neurotransmitters, the production of DNA or the metabolism of fats.

Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid compound that has been shown to lower cortisol levels significantly. Cortisol counteracts several anabolic hormones, including insulin and testosterone, thus tearing down muscle tissue when it is present in excessive amounts. Phosphatidylserine alters this catabolism by blunting the release of cortisol into the bloodstream, allowing for a positive testosterone:cortisol ratio, which can produce a heightened anabolic state.

Lit-Up combines powerful anabolic substrates with a highly targeted stimulant base, creating a formulation that dramatically increases performance without any of the undesirable aftereffects common to other preworkout products. In other words, Lit-Up does it better.
