n March, The Active Times released its lists of the fittest and least-fit cities in the United States, using 15 different statistical measures and such reputable resources as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index. Their final rankings listed the 25 fittest cities, the 10 fittest small cities and the 10 least-fit cities in the nation. Below are the top five in each category.
