Renewable Energy

Politics aside, we totally get it when they say certain sources of energy are nonrenewable resources. When training, regardless of your goal, you need plenty of energy and endurance to succeed. Taking the following stack of supplements will help you perform at your peak for longer.

Branched-Chain Amino Acids
Unlike all other amino acids, this group bypasses the liver, reaching muscle tissue much more quickly. Once in muscle tissue, BCAAs support anabolism and protein synthesis, allowing for longer, better workouts.

Citrulline
This amino acid readily converts to arginine in the body, and research indicates that taking citrulline may be more effective at increasing arginine levels — and therefore nitric-oxide production — than taking arginine itself. Nitric oxide relaxes blood vessels, allowing more blood to flow to muscle tissue, which improves endurance and recovery from workouts.

Glutamine
One of the most important contributing factors to how much energy and endurance you’ll have during your next workout is how well you recovered from the previous one. Glutamine supports recovery, enhances digestion and boosts immunity — all critical factors for future performance.

Agmatine Sulfate
This byproduct of arginine allows blood vessels to relax and increases blood flow, so taking it before workouts boosts the amount of blood that reaches the muscles you’re training. This increases pump and the delivery of nutrients and speeds the removal of metabolic byproducts. The end result is increased muscular energy.
