  • 4 egg whites
  • ½ cup oats
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 packet Stevia
  • ½ Lemon Cream Pie Quest Bar, chopped into tiny pieces

Mix ingredients in a bowl, then divide batter in half and cook like a pancake in a pan over medium heat. Top with sugar-free maple syrup. Serves 2.

  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 3 egg whites
  • ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract
  • ½ Stevia packet
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 1 Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest Bar, chopped
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk

Combine all ingredients except protein powder and almond milk in a bowl, then transfer to a greased dish and microwave for two and half minutes. Mix protein powder and almond milk and drizzle over top. Top with fresh strawberries. Serves 1.

  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Quest Cravings Peanut Butter Cup, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons almond milk

Whisk together the coconut flour, protein powder, egg whites and vanilla extract. Pour into a greased dish. Mix in Quest Cravings Peanut Butter Cup. Microwave for one to two minutes.

Peanut Butter “Sauce”

  • 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons water

Mix together and pour over mugcake. Finish by topping it with another Quest Cravings Peanut Butter Cup. Serves 1.
