Cameron McDonald spent many years living a sedentary lifestyle with little to no exercise. Convenience stores and fast food were his go-to food sources, and over time, he developed low self-esteem and slipped into a deep depression.
After years of hearing derogatory comments about his appearance, McDonald joined his local gym and hasn’t looked back since. Now he’s a new father and working toward becoming a certified personal trainer.
